Thank you I find I have to be gentler when handling the thread so it actually ends up being easier on my hands and wrists than when I'm using yarn. The tricky bit is getting used to holding the thread and the smaller hook.
Congratulations on the DD, well deserved! I love this stag with all my heart and am severely wishing I was not a poor college student because I would buy three.... maybe more. Guh! So, so good! ^.^ So good!
Wow, what an amazing amigurumi stag, it's increidble how tiny you've made it and still preserved the details. I don't think I'd have the patience for stitches that small...or sewing for that matter. (Even if I had the help of a magnifying glass.)
Thank you. It might sound strange but it can be quite relaxing working on these tiny projects. It has something to do with concentrating on a tiny space, I suppose, but, yes, there are times when I want to snap my hook
What matters is you find it relaxing and enjoy your work! That's good to hear! Crocheting is very meditative, but I have those urges occasionally, too, where I just want to break my hook after dealing with a frustrating part. xD
